An1 Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use for Malaysia's Entertainment Platform
This document sets out the terms of use for the an1 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all the conditions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the an1 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use an1's services.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and an1 as the platform provider. We reserve the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is open to individuals aged 18 and above only. By using an1's services, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an an1 account. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances held within them.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. Choose a strong password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Never share your login details with anyone. an1 will never ask for your password via email, message, or chat. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
User Responsibilities
- Do not use the an1 platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to access systems or data that do not belong to you.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or any other means to exploit the platform.
- Do not spread false or misleading information about the an1 platform.
- Do not participate in any form of fraud or financial misconduct.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
Official Currency
All transactions on the an1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made in MYR only. an1 is not liable for any losses arising from foreign currency conversion.
Deposit Methods
An1 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including bank transfers through FPX and local e-wallets. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set from time to time. Deposited funds may not be transferred to third parties.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to successful identity verification. an1 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering (rollover) requirements and cannot be withdrawn directly until those conditions have been met.
Suspicious Transactions
An1 reserves the right to suspend, review, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity. In such cases, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is carried out.
4. Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
An1 Liability Limits
The an1 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. an1 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical delays, or data loss. an1's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
An1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to submit required verification documents, or at the user's own request. Where an account is closed due to a breach, an1 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance. Legitimate cash balances will be returned once the investigation is concluded, subject to management's decision.
Intellectual Property
All content on the an1 platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, interface design, and software code — is the exclusive property of an1 and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any content without prior written permission from an1.
Third-Party Links
The an1 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. an1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
5. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
An1 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the an1 website. We encourage users to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment platform operations. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms must first be referred to an1 management through the designated channels before any legal action is taken.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision shall be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. All other provisions of these terms remain unaffected and continue in full force.
